A highly regarded estate and trust law firm in South Florida is expanding its team with a talented Estate Planning Attorney experienced in serving high-net-worth clients. This role offers significant autonomy, meaningful client interaction, and opportunities to grow into partnership. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of estate and a strong work ethic to a collaborative and highly respected firm.

Estate Planning Attorney Responsibilities:

• Manage client files from beginning to end with minimal supervision
• Handle sophisticated estate planning including wills, trusts, and transfer tax strategies
• Advise on tax strategies related to entity structuring, retirement, and asset protection
• Conduct client meetings, draft planning documents, and coordinate with advisors
• Develop expertise in pre-immigration and expatriation planning, where applicable
• Participate in internal legal strategy sessions

Estate Planning Attorney Requirements:

• 2–15+ years of experience in estate planning, complex/high-net-worth clients preferred
• Tax planning experience is preferred
• Barred in the state of Florida
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with client-facing responsibilities
• Westlaw and MS Office proficiency
