A highly regarded estate and trust law firm in South Florida is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Associate to handle complex Estate, Trust, and Guardianship Litigation cases. This role requires an attorney who can manage cases from start to finish, take the lead in litigation matters, and work independently with minimal supervision. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigator to join a firm known for its prestige, stability, and client-focused approach.

Senior Litigation Associate Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage estate, trust, and guardianship litigation cases
  • Conduct hearings, depositions, and client meetings with confidence
  • Oversee case strategy and execution from initial pleadings to resolution
  • Provide legal counsel to clients on complex trust and estate matters
  • Draft high-quality motions, pleadings, and litigation documents
  • Collaborate with 5 Litigation Partners and mentor junior attorneys

Senior Litigation Associate Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of litigation experience
  • Estate & Trust Litigation experience is required
  • Strong courtroom experience, including motions, hearings, and depositions
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and case management skills
  • Active Florida Bar membership
