A growing healthcare technology and analytics organization is seeking a Healthcare Performance Improvement Consultant to partner directly with hospitals and health systems, with a strong focus on cardiovascular quality and performance improvement. This fully remote role combines healthcare analytics, client consulting, and project management to uncover performance gaps, translate complex data into actionable recommendations, and help hospital leaders improve quality, efficiency, and financial outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on hospital experience, a strong background in cardiovascular quality or healthcare performance improvement, and the confidence to present data-driven recommendations to physicians, clinical teams, and hospital leadership. You will thrive here if you are analytical, highly detail-oriented, comfortable owning your work independently, and skilled at turning numbers into a compelling story that drives action.
