A well-established legal practice is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their team in a full-time, onsite role. This position will focus on civil litigation matters, handling cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior attorneys while managing a growing caseload in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

This role is best suited for a detail-oriented and self-motivated attorney who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is looking to grow within a reputable, collaborative legal team.

Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:

• Manage a litigation caseload involving civil and real estate-related matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
• Conduct discovery, depositions, and prepare for hearings or trial
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy and case development
• Ensure compliance with deadlines under current Florida procedural rules
• Maintain accurate case records and billable time

Litigation Attorney Requirements:

• 1–5 years of litigation experience, ideally within civil or foreclosure litigation
• Strong knowledge of Florida’s updated civil procedural rules
• Demonstrated ability to manage a full litigation process beyond pleadings
• Must be a member in good standing of the Florida Bar
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus
