Job Description
Position Title: Senior Project Manager
Take the lead on complex South Florida restoration projects with the autonomy, authority, and direct ownership access to make decisions that matter. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee exterior concrete restoration projects, lead project management operations, and serve as a trusted field counterpart to company ownership. This highly visible leadership role will manage multiple active projects, oversee Project Managers, coordinate field operations and subcontractors, handle client escalations, and guide projects from contract award through completion.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned construction leader with deep experience in exterior concrete, structural, or building envelope restoration who can confidently manage complex projects, navigate high-pressure client conversations, and lead teams with professionalism and accountability.
Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000 / Year DOE
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple exterior concrete, structural restoration, waterproofing, and façade projects throughout South Florida
- Oversee Project Managers, field operations, project scheduling, manpower, and subcontractor coordination across active jobs
- Manage project execution from contract award through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations remain on track
- Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, HOA and condominium boards, engineers, consultants, attorneys, and ownership groups
- Lead complex client meetings, resolve escalations, and negotiate and defend change orders while protecting company interests
- Review project financial performance, job costing, contracts, change orders, and documentation, partnering closely with accounting to support accurate invoicing and billing
- Represent ownership in the field when needed, resolving operational challenges independently and providing leadership across project teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction project management experience, ideally within exterior concrete restoration, structural restoration, waterproofing, building envelope restoration, or high-rise façade work
- Proven experience independently managing multiple active construction projects, including projects exceeding $1 million in value
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, change orders, job costing, scheduling, and restoration industry requirements
- Experience working directly with engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and client stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead difficult client conversations, resolve conflicts, and remain composed during high-pressure situations
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate independently and represent ownership professionally
- Experience with condominium associations and board meetings is highly preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
Benefits
- Flexible, autonomous work environment focused on results rather than rigid office hours
- Company truck or vehicle allowance, with eligible gas and maintenance expenses reimbursed
- Company-provided phone, laptop, and tablet
- Paid vacation and standard paid federal holidays
- Paid extended company shutdown during the holiday season
- Project-based bonus opportunity
- Potential relocation assistance for qualified candidates
If you are an experienced restoration construction leader who knows how to run complex projects, earn client trust, and lead teams without needing to be micromanaged, apply today to take the next step in your career.
