Position Title: Senior Commissioning Provider

The Senior Commissioning Provider plays a critical role in enhancing building performance and sustainability across various projects, including educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and commercial spaces. This position requires a strong foundation in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, alongside expertise in building commissioning and energy efficiency. The individual will lead commissioning projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and operational standards. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and effective communication with clients are essential for success in this role. SalaryRange: $120,000-$140,000+ / Year DOE

Senior Commissioning Provider Responsibilities:

  • Lead commissioning projects for new and existing buildings
  • Review MEP designs and construction documents
  • Develop commissioning plans and testing procedures
  • Perform site visits and oversee system testing
  • Identify and document issues, collaborating with project teams to resolve them
  • Ensure buildings operate as designed
  • Maintain communication with clients, contractors, and design teams throughout projects

Senior Commissioning Provider Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in MEP design and/or building commissioning
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building enclosure systems
  • Expertise in building commissioning and energy performance
  • Familiarity with building automation systems and LEED standards
  • Experience in reviewing drawings, writing reports, and developing testing procedures
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is required
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and commissioning processes
  • Proficiency in Word, SharePoint, and Office 365
