Position Title: Outside Sales Rep

This position is essential for driving business growth in the southeastern region, particularly in Florida and Georgia. The Outside Sales Representative will engage with clients, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions that leverage the company’s unique offerings. The role demands a high level of technical understanding to effectively address customer challenges and collaborate with internal teams. Successful candidates will thrive in an independent work environment while managing their schedules around client needs. Salary Range: $80,000–$100,000/ Year DOE + Uncapped Long-Term Earning Potential

Outside Sales Rep Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage client relationships to drive business growth
  • Conduct in-person visits to clients, often requiring travel
  • Listen to customer issues and collaborate with R&D to create effective solutions
  • Sell based on service and value rather than price
  • Utilize an ERP system to track customer interactions and sales opportunities
  • Focus on prospecting new clients while nurturing existing relationships
  • Shadow experienced sales representatives to learn effective sales strategies

Outside Sales Rep Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a technical or related industry
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Experience in selling adhesives, coatings, or chemicals is preferred
  • Knowledge of the ink industry is preferred
