Position Title: Inside Sales Representative

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hunting for new business and farming existing accounts. You’ll spend your day connecting with repair shops, dealerships, and automotive professionals across the country, helping them find transmission solutions while building a loyal customer base. If you’re coachable, competitive, and energized by sales, you’ll have the opportunity to earn well above your base compensation.

Pay Rate: $20.00/ Hour – $70,000 – $115,000 OTE

Responsibilities:

  • Make approximately 60 outbound calls daily to develop new business opportunities
  • Manage inbound calls and provide quotes to customers
  • Explain product features and benefits while addressing customer objections
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts
  • Track customer activity and sales opportunities in company systems
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the order process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to process orders accurately
  • Collect payments and assist with payment arrangements as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous sales, business development, or account management experience of at least one year
  • Comfortable making outbound sales calls in a high-volume environment
  • High school diploma
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Experience prospecting, closing sales, and managing customer relationships is preferred
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred
