Position Title: Marketing Graphic Designer
The Marketing Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in crafting high-quality, on-brand creative assets that enhance both external marketing initiatives and internal communications. This position involves working on a diverse array of deliverables, including digital and print materials, events, and packaging. The designer translates complex value propositions and concepts into compelling visual communications that resonate with target audiences. Collaboration with various stakeholders is essential, as the designer will support integrated campaigns across the organization. The role requires a proactive approach to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while ensuring consistent brand representation. A strong portfolio and a passion for design are vital for success in this position.
Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 / Year DOE
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce on-brand visual assets for print and digital promotional materials, webpages, social media graphics, trade show materials, packaging samples, and sales presentations
- Collaborate with marketing managers to conceptualize, design, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that translate strategies into visual narratives
- Engage with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Management, Sales, HR, and Leadership, to participate in creative reviews and campaign planning
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an in-house marketing team, manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environments, or agency experience supporting B2B products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-driven design across print, digital, and campaign work
- Experience designing print and digital promotional materials, webpages, social media graphics, trade show materials, packaging samples, and sales presentations
- Ability to translate campaign strategies and messaging into strong visual narratives
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for both external marketing and internal communications
- Self-driven with the ability to meet deadlines without micromanagement
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, is preferred
