Position Title: Personal Lines Account Manager
The Personal Lines Account Manager plays a crucial role in the insurance industry by managing client accounts and driving sales growth. This position requires a proactive approach to prospecting and generating new personal insurance clients, including auto, home, and life policies. The Account Manager will also maintain relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and education on coverage options. The role involves working with multiple carriers to quote, present, and bind insurance policies, while also identifying cross-sell opportunities. Successful candidates will thrive in a dynamic environment that values referrals and client service.
Personal Lines Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new personal insurance clients
- Quote, present, and bind insurance policies from multiple carriers
- Identify cross-sell opportunities by bundling policies
- Educate clients on coverage options and pricing
- Maintain relationships and provide ongoing service and support
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Personal Lines Account Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years of insurance sales experience
- Active Property & Casualty License
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
