Position Title: Remote Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving business development through effective email campaigns and advertising strategies. This position requires a keen understanding of digital marketing, particularly in service-oriented industries. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a history of successful ad campaigns and the ability to create engaging content. Challenges include managing a budget effectively while optimizing campaigns for maximum reach and engagement. A collaborative approach with team members is essential to ensure cohesive marketing strategies across various platforms.

Salary Range: $65000 – $65000 / Year DOE

Remote Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns that connect content, ads, and social media, email, and other platforms into a cohesive narrative.
  • Translate firm initiatives into campaign strategies that amplify messaging and maximize reach across channels.
  • Create and repurpose content into multi-format assets (graphics, short-form video, blog posts, etc.) that are optimized for platform-specific engagement.
  • Plan and manage digital ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, ensuring they align with broader campaign goals.
  • Design and implement email marketing and nurture sequences that support both paid campaigns and organic efforts.
  • Analyze performance data across platforms and touchpoints to assess impact, identify insights, and continuously refine strategy.
  • Collaborate regularly with firm leadership to ensure marketing efforts support business development and brand-building goals.
  • Stay ahead of trends in content marketing, digital strategy, and legal services marketing.

Remote Marketing Manager Requirements:

  • Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that leverage content across platforms.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and results.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign creation and optimization (required).
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to conceptualize campaigns, draft messaging, and produce or oversee content creation.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms and automation tools for building drip
  • campaigns and nurture funnels.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills—able to juggle multiple moving parts across a campaign lifecycle.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to tailor tone and messaging across mediums and audiences.
