Salary Range: $220,000 – $250,000
Employment Litigation Associate Attorney Responsibilities:
- Manage cases from inception to resolution
- Handle California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases
- Conduct discovery, draft pleadings, and prepare motions
- Take and defend depositions
- Appear in court and argue motions
Employment Litigation Associate Attorney Requirements:
- 4-7 years of employment litigation experience
- Prior defense experience required
- Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
