A nationally recognized law firm specializing in labor and employment law is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney. Salary Range: $220,000 – $250,000

Employment Litigation Associate Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Manage cases from inception to resolution
  • Handle California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases
  • Conduct discovery, draft pleadings, and prepare motions
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Appear in court and argue motions

Employment Litigation Associate Attorney Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of employment litigation experience
  • Prior defense experience required
  • Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
