As a Litigation Paralegal, you will support an experienced attorney in managing 75–100 active files from pre-suit through trial. Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 / year DOE 

Litigation Paralegal Requirements:  

• 2+ years of paralegal experience in any legal field 
• 6+ months of Florida personal injury or auto/premises liability experience 
• Fluent in both Spanish and English 
• Hands-on experience with Florida E-Portal e-filing 
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage 75–100 active cases independently 
• Paralegal certification and Cloud Lex experience preferred 

Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities: 

• Draft, file, and manage pleadings, motions, and discovery documents with Florida courts 
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests 
• Manage attorney’s calendar, deadlines, hearings, depositions, and trial dates 
• Order, review, and summarize medical records, accident reports, and insurance documentation 
• Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients, providing updates and gathering information 
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, and hearings with opposing counsel and court reporters 
• Draft correspondence to clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel 
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit binders, jury instructions, and witness lists 
• Ensure compliance with Florida litigation rules and procedures
