Job Description

A leading financial services firm is seeking a Registered Client Associate to support a high-performing team within a well-established wealth management office in downtown Spokane, WA. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for managing client interactions, processing investment transactions, assisting with financial paperwork, and ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple advisors. The role works closely with three Financial Advisors and another Client Service Associate, delivering exceptional service in a highly process-driven environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, personable, detail-focused, and eager to contribute meaningfully to a client-centric team. This position is well-suited for a charismatic and process-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced office, communicates effectively, and enjoys being part of a close-knit, service-driven team.

Salary Range: $52,000 – $66,000 / year DOE

Registered Client Associate Responsibilities: 

  • Support three Financial Advisors with day-to-day operations and client relationship management
  • Enter and execute various investment orders including stocks, bonds, options, mutual funds, and annuities
  • Process client fund transfers, check requests, and insurance/annuity payments
  • Coordinate and assist with periodic client mailings and communications
  • Answer phones and provide responsive, professional client support
  • Help organize client appreciation events and send seasonal client gifts
  • Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems and spreadsheets
  • Follow specific processes and procedures with close attention to detail

Registered Client Associate Requirements: 

  • Must have active Series 7 and Series 65 licenses
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services in a Client Service Associate or similar role
  • Strong attention to process, detail, and follow-through
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Ability to pass a FINRA background check and credit screening
