A well-established and reputable law firm is seeking an experienced Trusts and Estate Planning Attorney to join a well-established and highly respected legal practice with offices in Boston, MA, and Manchester, NH. This role will focus on developing and implementing sophisticated estate plans for high-net-worth clients, managing complex probate cases, and advising on wealth preservation strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a client-focused mindset, excellent drafting skills, and a collaborative approach to solving complex estate planning challenges. This firm is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented attorney who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering high-quality legal counsel with professionalism and care. 

Trusts and Estate Planning Attorney Responsibilities: 

  • Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives for a wide range of client needs 
  • Advise clients on asset protection, tax minimization strategies, and wealth preservation 
  • Manage probate matters including court filings, client representation, and dispute resolution 
  • Provide trust administration services and guide trustees in fulfilling their duties 
  • Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations affecting estate planning 
  • Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to provide holistic client solutions 
  • Meet billable hour expectations and maintain high-quality client service 

Trusts and Estate Planning Attorney Requirements: 

  • Seven or more years of experience in sophisticated and complex estate planning and administration 
  • Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts or New Hampshire (both preferred) 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook 
  • Experience in estate tax planning preferred 
  • Strong client counseling skills and professionalism 
  • Ability to draft customized estate plans for high-net-worth clients 
  • Familiarity with probate procedures and current tax law 
  • Excellent attention to detail and a collaborative work style
