Job Description
Position Title: Fuel System Installer / Fuel System Technician – ICC Certified
Hospitals depend on emergency fuel systems that must work the moment the power goes out, and data centers depend on them to stay online. This team installs, commissions and services those systems, and the work is specialized, regulated and steady throughout the year. Two field positions are open under one search, a Fuel System Installer and a Fuel System Technician – ICC Certified. The installer role suits a skilled tradesperson who is strong in one construction discipline and ready to learn the others. The technician role suits a candidate who can commission and troubleshoot fuel monitoring consoles and PLC fuel controls.
Field employees work in teams under an experienced team lead, and no one is assigned to work alone at hire. The employer invests in paid training and certifications, and the culture rewards commitment. Many technicians have stayed for 20 years or more. Your time is valued here, and you should expect a clear weekly schedule that is posted in the company app and updated daily.
Salary Range: $62,400 – $83,200 / Year DOE
Installer base pay is $30 – $37 per hour and technician base pay is $36 – $40 per hour. Qualifying prevailing-wage projects, overtime and a discretionary profit-sharing bonus pool after one year offer additional earning opportunity. Actual earnings vary by assignment and are not guaranteed.
