Salary Range: $125,000 – $190,000 / year DOE 

Bank President Requirements:   

• 5-10+ years of experience in commercial banking at a minimum of SVP or VP level 
• Minimum of $250K lending authority with a track record of business development success 
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or equivalent experience 
• Strong community involvement and relationship-building experience 
• Strategic decision-making ability with a collaborative leadership style=””>Experience engaging and motivating a lending team 
• Familiarity with Jack Henry or similar banking systems 
• Prior experience on a credit team and understanding of loan processing preferred 
• Confident communicator with a warm, approachable demeanor
• Golfers preferred for networking opportunities within the community 

Bank President Responsibilities: 

• Lead all commercial banking operations and drive profitability for the Ada branch 
• Develop and maintain strong community and client relationships to expand the bank’s business presence 
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to plan strategic growth initiatives and community events 
• Represent the bank at board meetings and with peer presidents across the organization 
• Support and engage the lending team, ensuring compliance and operational excellence 
• Serve as a visible and active community leader, connecting with businesses, universities, and local organizations 
• Partner closely with the Chief Lending Officer and senior leadership to achieve organizational goals
