A nationally recognized law firm with deep expertise in insurance litigation is seeking an Litigation Attorney to join their Hartford, WI office to support a high-volume caseload of insurance subrogation matters, representing insurance carriers in plaintiff-side litigation. Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:

• Manage 100–150 pre-suit insurance subrogation cases
• Handle cases independently from intake to resolution once trained
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal motions
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and assist in trial preparation
• Communicate directly with clients and maintain case updates
• Accurately track all billable time

Litigation Attorney Requirements:

• 2–5 years of legal experience in Insurance Subrogation, Defense, or Plaintiff PI
• Licensed and in good standing with the Wisconsin Bar
• Strong writing, organization, and case management skills
• Familiarity with legal systems such as ProLaw is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to ask questions early
• Detail-oriented and organized
