The Client Service Associate will play a key role in supporting financial advisors with back-end administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Client Service Associate Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative duties to support financial advisors and office operations
• Ensure accurate processing of new client accounts and related paperwork
• Coordinate money movements and assist with advisor-client meetings
• Handle executive assistant duties, such as scheduling events and travel
• Maintain a strong focus on minimizing errors in all back-end administrative tasks
• Assist with complex account types, such as trusts, as required
• Support the preparation and follow-up for advisor-client meetings and related documentation
• Double as a key support point for managing advisor schedules and travel logistics

Client Service Associate Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in an operations or administrative role
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in relevant financial software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication abilities and a proactive attitude
• Experience with Schwab preferred but not required
• Ability to work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ
