A thriving technology company is seeking a West Coast Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through new client acquisitions and expansion of existing accounts. Managing a 3-6 month sales cycle, you will collaborate closely with a dedicated Business Development representative to strategize and execute sales initiatives for their BPO services and technology solutions. You’ll be responsible for hitting quarterly KPIs, maintaining strong client relationships, and staying ahead of industry trends.

They are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven sales professional with a strong background in service-based sales who can work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.

West Coast Territory Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote BPO services and technology solutions
  • Manage a 3-6 month sales cycle with a mix of new client acquisition and account expansion
  • Work closely with an assigned BD representative to coordinate outreach and client engagement
  • Identify target markets, build a strong sales pipeline, and take ownership of a pre-established territory with engaged clients
  • Conduct virtual and in-person presentations showcasing our solutions
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Build long-term client relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and strategic upselling
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure tailored solutions meet client needs
  • Stay updated on BPO industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
  • Accurately maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in Zoho CRM

West Coast Territory Sales Manager Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of hitting KPIs and revenue goals
  • Experience selling services, preferably in BPO, CX, or tech-enabled solutions
  • Proven ability to prospect, hunt, and grow a pipeline from the ground up
  • Experience conducting virtual presentations and creating compelling sales materials
  • Strong ability to translate client needs into technical solutions and communicate between teams
  • High level of accountability and self-motivation
  • Able to build rapport, manage relationships, and understand client needs
  • Resilience and adaptability—long sales cycles require persistence and strategic follow-through
  • Comfortable working fully remote with occasional travel
  • Must reside in the West Coast region
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
  • Experience in customer experience solutions, digital transformation, or sales enablement
  • Background in mid-to-small-sized BPOs or technology-driven service providers is preferred
  • Experience selling in a fast-growing, competitive environment
