Job Description

A thriving manufacturing company is seeking a driven Sales Representative to join their Culver City showroom team. In this hybrid B2C and B2B sales role, you will represent their premium product line of interior sliding doors, partitions, and space solutions for residential and commercial clients. From prospecting interior designers and contractors to closing walk-in sales and hosting showroom presentations, you’ll play a vital part in expanding their market presence and customer base. They are looking for a self-motivated sales professional with a background in custom goods who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow a long-term book of business with unlimited earning potential.

Salary Range: $23 – $24 / hourly

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary showroom representative for both residential and commercial clients
  • Manage warm leads and follow up with pre-screened prospects weekly
  • Drive outbound prospecting to interior designers, architects, builders, and contractors
  • Schedule showroom visits and client consultations; assist walk-ins and inbound calls
  • Conduct intake meetings and hand off qualified leads to account executives for quotes
  • Understand and present technical product specifications confidently
  • Cold call construction lead lists and re-engage former clients
  • Track all activity in CRM, update contact lists, and report on sales progress
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue goals
  • Maintain all daily showroom operations independently

Sales Representative Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in interior design, luxury home goods, custom furniture, flooring, windows, or related fields
  • CRM and prospecting tool proficiency required
  • Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft 365, DocuSign, and similar tools
  • Excellent math and measurement skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to self-direct and work solo
  • Comfortable with both inbound and outbound sales
  • Experience reading commercial space plans and drawings is a plus
  • BA or AA in a related field is a plus; experience can substitute
