Fully Remote

A prestigious business management firm is seeking a Senior Accountant with expertise in manufacturing accounting to join its dynamic team. This role will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, and cash management for multiple high-net-worth clients, including product-based brands. This position will be fully remote and requires a commute to the office once a month. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced accounting professional with a background in manufacturing and proficiency in NetSuite.

Salary Range: $120,000 – $145,000 / year DOE

Senior Accountant Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in adherence to internal policies
• Complete journal entries, reconciliations, and long-term cash flow and P&L analysis
• Monitor and manage insurance renewals and claims
• Manage weekly client communications, cash reports, and updates
• Assist in client agreement reviews and onboarding procedures
• Oversee budgeting, payroll, and shareholder payments
• Track estate planning, asset purchases, and investments
• Supervise and review work by Staff Accountants
• Manage timely commission calculations and payments
• Oversee payroll services and associated journal entries
• Use NetSuite for all accounting functions
• Maintain organized filing and reporting for all financial documentation
• Collaborate with client-side trusted advisors and internal teams

Senior Accountant Requirements:

• 7+ years of accounting experience in product-based manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong proficiency in NetSuite, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Prior experience in a high-growth or high-touch environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Extremely organized, accountable, and detail-oriented
• Experience in public accounting or entertainment finance is a plus
• CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications is preferred
• Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals or clients in the entertainment industry is preferred
