Job Description

A door manufacturer in Seattle, WA is seeking a driven Showroom Sales Associate to join a growing team in a showroom-based role focused on residential and commercial sales of windows, doors, and custom interior space solutions. This individual will be responsible for developing new business, following up on warm leads, and providing tailored recommendations to both B2B and B2C clients. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment and be motivated to build a strong book of business across design professionals, builders, and homeowners. This position is ideal for someone with a background in design-oriented or construction-related sales who enjoys working onsite, engaging with walk-ins, and collaborating with clients to create functional and beautiful spaces.

Salary Range: $23 – 24 / hour DOE

Showroom Sales Associate Responsibilities: 

  • Build and maintain a book of residential and commercial clients
  • Provide product consultations in the showroom and over the phone
  • Follow up on warm leads and respond to showroom inquiries
  • Conduct outreach to interior designers, architects, contractors, and builders
  • Cold call from lead lists and reconnect with past clients
  • Master product specifications and new releases
  • Assist in showroom operations and maintain an organized workspace
  • Expand CRM database with new leads and activity tracking
  • Set meetings, create proposals, and support bidding process
  • Hit monthly revenue targets after onboarding period
  • Drive showroom traffic through proactive prospecting and engagement
  • Administer showroom daily operations independently

Showroom Sales Associate Requirements: 

  • 3–5 years of outside sales experience with custom or design-related goods
  • Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and prospecting tools
  • Proven ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
  • Experience in industries such as windows and doors, interior design, luxury furniture, window coverings, outdoor furniture, stone, or flooring
  • Comfortable with measurements and solid mathematical skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups in a structured process
