This position is dynamic, involving various responsibilities such as order entry, customer communication, warehouse support, and handling critical updates from drivers. You will work closely with independent contractors, warehouse teams, and customers to maintain efficiency and professionalism. Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Manage real-time updates from drivers and communicate effectively with clients
• Perform order entry and manage daily dispatch tasks
• Answer incoming calls and handle time-sensitive logistics issues
• Assist warehouse team with inventory tracking and part intake
• Receive inbound shipments and support internal inventory system management
• Coordinate with independent contractors and warehouse personnel
• Maintain professionalism with diverse personalities and under tight deadlines
• Contribute ideas for process improvement and operational efficiency

Logistics Coordinator Requirements:

• Prior warehouse experience or military background is required
• Comfortable working unorthodox hours including evenings, nights, and weekends
