Position Title: Outside Sales B2B Representative – Construction Products



This role is pivotal in driving sales of pool lighting supplies directly to dealers and contractors across the South Eastern region. The representative will engage with builders, subcontractors, and service providers to establish and maintain strong business relationships. Successful candidates will demonstrate resilience and adaptability in navigating the challenges of sales, particularly in reaching decision-makers. You’ll receive qualified leads, a company vehicle, outstanding benefits and the freedom to manage your territory while earning uncapped commissions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting customers face-to-face and growing long-term partnerships.

Salary Range: $75,000 Base + Commission (OTE Approximately $110,000)

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on leads and maintain contact with existing accounts
  • Cold call and hunt for new prospective leads
  • Plan weekly travel routes for client visits
  • Research and identify new leads
  • Conduct 15-20 in-person visits weekly, with at least 5 being new accounts
  • Submit weekly route plans and activity reports
  • Engage in one-on-one calls with team members for strategy discussions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience
  • Experience selling directly to contractors, builders or dealers
  • Proven success prospecting and developing new business
  • Comfortable traveling overnight 50–60% of the time
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
  • Proven ability to prospect new clients, averaging five new leads per week
  • Capability in both hunting and farming sales strategies
  • Computer literacy and tech-savvy skills
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
