- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, depositions, and arbitrations, both virtually and in person
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, settlement agreements, discovery, and other legal documents
- Maintain frequent communication with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal support teams
- Independently manage deadlines, priorities, and case progression while collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, litigation assistants, and other support staff

- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active California Bar membership in good standing
- 1–4 years of personal injury experience preferred, with consideration for attorneys with up to 10 years of relevant experience
- Plaintiff-side personal injury experience strongly preferred, though defense personal injury experience may be considered
- Experience in a high-volume legal practice with the ability to independently manage a substantial caseload
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and case management skills
- Excellent client communication skills with an empathetic, responsive, and professional approach
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, accept direct feedback, and maintain exceptional attention to detail
- Deposition and trial preparation experience preferred
- Experience with Filevine, Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar legal technology preferred
