Requirements

  • 3+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience involving overseas suppliers
  • Hands-on NetSuite proficiency, particularly with purchasing, purchase orders, receipts, item records, and vendor management
  • Experience coordinating international orders, supplier follow-up, lead times, and inbound shipments
  • Working knowledge of import logistics, Incoterms, HTS classifications, and U.S. customs processes
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills for purchasing analysis, tracking and reporting
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organization, initiative, and practical problem-solving skills

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance with increasing employer medical contributions based on tenure
  • SIMPLE IRA with company match of up to 3%
  • Two weeks of PTO to start with additional PTO earned based on tenure
  • 10 paid holidays
  • Stable, long-tenured team and family-owned company environment
  • Opportunity to take on greater responsibility and make a direct impact on processes and operational efficiency

If you are an experienced purchasing professional who knows NetSuite, understands international sourcing, and takes pride in getting the details right, apply today to bring your expertise to a team where your work will make a measurable difference.
