- Understanding of electrical, mechanical and software components within technical equipment
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, organize daily priorities and take ownership of equipment performance
- Willingness to travel for an initial 10-day technical training program and learn proprietary systems and processes
Benefits

- 401(k) with company match
- 10 vacation days, 5 sick days, and 2 floating holidays
- Company vehicle available for both business and personal use
- Company-provided phone and $75 monthly home internet stipend
- Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours, including eligible travel time
- Performance-based bonus opportunities, with average annual bonuses ranging from approximately $7,000–$9,000 and higher earning potential for exceptional performance
If you are a hands-on problem solver who takes ownership, thrives independently, and wants to build expertise in advanced industrial technology, apply today and take the next step in your field service career.
