Job Description
Position Title: Sales Data Analyst
Turn sales data into action for a high-performing team in the luxury marketplace. A prestigious fine art gallery is seeking a Sales Data Analyst to transform CRM and sales data into clear, actionable insights that strengthen prospecting, uncover client opportunities, and improve sales performance. This role will analyze customer activity, maintain data integrity, develop prospecting lists, and help establish the metrics and KPIs that guide the sales organization.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially minded, with experience supporting sales teams through CRM management and data analysis. They will thrive in a polished, fast-paced environment where accuracy, responsiveness, and the ability to confidently work with driven personalities are essential.
Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000 / Year, DOE
Responsibilities
- Analyze CRM and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for the sales team
- Identify active, inactive, and prospective clients to uncover opportunities for engagement and revenue growth
- Develop and maintain targeted prospecting lists to support outbound sales initiatives
- Build, configure, and monitor sales metrics and KPIs that help leadership evaluate performance
- Maintain accurate, complete, and reliable CRM data across the sales organization
- Partner closely with sales leadership and consultants to translate data into practical sales strategies
- Leverage available data sources and enrichment tools to strengthen client intelligence and prospecting efforts
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience supporting a sales organization in a CRM management, sales analytics, or similar capacity
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce strongly preferred, with comparable CRM experience considered
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Experience developing reports, metrics, KPIs, or other performance insights for sales teams
- Proven ability to maintain accurate CRM data and manage detailed information effectively
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred, though relevant experience will be considered
- Strong communication skills with the confidence and professionalism to work effectively with senior leaders and high-performing sales professionals
