- Strong, well-rounded electrical construction knowledge with the ability to independently manage projects across multiple electrical systems and scopes
- Experience working for an electrical subcontractor, electrical division of a general contractor, owner’s representative, construction management firm or similar environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining control of schedules, documentation, client expectations and field execution
- Experience developing proposals, resolving electrical issues and working within self-perform electrical construction operations
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills with a self-motivated approach to researching and resolving unfamiliar project requirements
Benefits
- Discretionary annual performance bonus with company profits shared back with employees
- Company vehicle and gas card for business-related jobsite travel
- Health insurance through Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Two weeks of PTO to start with the ability to negotiate up to three weeks based on experience
