Job Description
Position Title: Financial Analyst
Salary: $80,000–$100,000 DOE + Discretionary Bonus

As the Financial Analyst, you will partner closely with executive leadership to provide meaningful financial analysis, manage reporting for lending facilities, develop forecasting models, and deliver data-driven insights that influence strategic business decisions. Responsibilities
Prepare executive-level financial reports, portfolio analysis, and key performance metrics to support strategic decision-making
- Build and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and financial models for business planning and scenario analysis
- Analyze portfolio performance including originations, yields, delinquencies, losses and cost of debt
- Manage reporting for warehouse lending facilities and banking relationships while ensuring compliance with financial covenants
- Validate, reconcile, and audit financial data to ensure accuracy across multiple reporting systems
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting through automation, data visualization and process enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics or a related field
- 2–4 years of Financial Analyst experience within financial services such as equipment finance, commercial lending or mortgage lending
- Advanced Excel skills with expertise in financial modeling, large datasets and scenario analysis
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, budgeting and forecasting
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Copilot or similar platforms to enhance financial analysis and reporting
- Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
