Position Title: Associate Planner
Salary Range: $95,000 – $130,000 annually / DOE

Responsibilities:
- Lead and support transportation planning projects for public and private sector clients
- Conduct transportation, parking, and mobility analyses to inform planning
- recommendations
- Develop transportation demand management (TDM) strategies and parking
- management plans
- Assist in planning and evaluating Mobility Hubs and multimodal transportation
- initiatives
- Prepare technical reports, planning studies, presentations, and client deliverables
- Create analytical maps and high-quality exhibits using ArcGIS
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to develop innovative transportation
- solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Planning or a related field with an emphasis in transportation
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in transportation planning or a related field
- Experience using GIS, including ArcGIS for analysis and exhibit preparation
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong understanding of parking management, parking policy, and transportation demand management (TDM) principles
- Familiarity with industry resources such as ULI Shared Parking, ITE Parking Generation, and CAPCOA guidance
