Position Title: Project Manager

This is an outstanding opportunity to oversee high-profile commercial flooring projects while working alongside experienced leadership in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

This position seeks a dedicated Project Manager who will play a crucial role in overseeing multiple construction projects, primarily in the commercial and multi-family sectors. The successful candidate will manage a diverse range of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, architects, and internal teams. Candidates should be prepared to navigate the challenges of managing multiple projects simultaneously while contributing to a positive team culture. Salary Range: $75,000–$105,000+ / Year DOE

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and scope of work
  • Develop and maintain project schedules
  • Award and manage subcontractors and installation crews
  • Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules
  • Manage project budgets, committed costs, and profitability
  • Review and approve subcontractor invoices
  • Prepare and price change orders
  • Coordinate with general contractors, owners, architects, suppliers, and internal staff
  • Conduct project kickoff meetings and regular progress meetings
  • Monitor installation quality and address field issues
  • Resolve schedule conflicts and project challenges
  • Work closely with estimating, purchasing, accounting, and field operations
  • Review and approve project billings and pay applications
  • Manage project closeout including punch lists, warranties, and final documentation

Project Manager Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) required
  • Experience with ProCore
  • Experience with Bluebeam
  • High preference for experience in commercial construction and multi-family projects
  • High school diploma
  • Experience with commercial construction and multi-family projects is preferred
