Position Title: Regional Sales Manager

Salary Range: $55,000 – $80,000 / Year DOE
Responsibilities:
- Manage a designated territory, focusing on building relationships with independent store owners
- Develop and execute strategies to secure new contracts and expand the customer base
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and manage client interactions
- Conduct regular travel within the territory to meet clients and close sales
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for success
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- CRM knowledge is a must
- 3+ years of sales experience is required
- Experience in the convenience store industry is essential
- Strong contacts within the industry are preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and IT knowledge, including AI applications, is required
- Experience with travel in a role like this is highly preferred
- A BA degree is preferred
