Position Title: Senior Cost and Pricing Analyst

This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on the financial performance of a growing food manufacturing operation. As the Senior Cost and Pricing Analyst, you will serve as a key business partner to both finance and operations, transforming production data into actionable insights that drive profitability, efficiency, and smarter decision-making. From analyzing product costs and pricing strategies to identifying opportunities for process improvement, your work will influence critical business decisions across the organization. If you enjoy digging into the numbers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and seeing the real-world impact of your analysis on the production floor, this role offers the chance to build your expertise while helping shape the future of a dynamic and fast-paced company.

Salary Range: $90,000 – $130,000 / Year DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Track and analyze production costs, labor, and variances
  • Monitor inventory, cycle counts, and reconciliations
  • Analyze manufacturing costs and identify efficiencies
  • Support budgeting and forecasting
  • Work with plant teams to improve reporting and operations
  • Maintain accurate data in Microsoft Business Central ERP
  • Review production yield, waste, and margins
  • Build reports and dashboards for leadership
  • Assist with customer pricing models

Requirements:

  • Experience in food processing manufacturing is required
  • 5-10+ years of experience
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting and COGS
  • Comfortable working closely with operations, not just spreadsheets
  • Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is a plus
  • ERP experience is required; Microsoft Business Central is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Flexibility to work typical hours of 8-5, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime on Sundays for inventory is preferred
