Position Title: Office Manager (Part-Time)
An Office Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of a medical office. The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the office, which includes managing schedules, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining patient records. Salary Range: $15.00 – $16.00 / Hour DOE
Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Check clinical emails and respond at the start of each day
- Make bank deposits and retrieve mail from the post office
- Keep credentials and licenses current
- Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked
- Assist with difficult patients and ensure proper scheduling
- Oversee billing and scheduling, ensuring communication with billing entities
- Maintain accurate infusion nurse notes, medications, and scheduling
Office Manager Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically in-office email and Excel for invoicing and billing
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience, with flexibility for the right candidate
- Open to candidates without prior medical office management experience who demonstrate eagerness to learn
