Job Description

Position Title: Customer Service Representative

This position offers an opportunity for a dedicated individual to join a collaborative team in a supportive environment. The role focuses on customer interactions, order processing, and inventory management, requiring a keen attention to detail and strong communication skills. Candidates will engage with clients and subcontractors, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and service delivery. Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 / Year DOE

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and manage customer inquiries for approximately three hours daily
  • Handle client order requests and service orders through email and phone
  • Coordinate with subcontractors for quotes as needed
  • Notify distributors regarding orders
  • Assist with invoicing, managing around 150 documents monthly
  • Ensure accuracy in part numbers and order numbers for fulfillment
  • Provide backup support to the customer service department for parts ordering

Customer Service Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in order entry and customer service, particularly with large SKUs
  • Proficiency in inventory management
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication abilities
  • Technologically adept, with experience using a CRM
  • Proficient in Excel (formulas) and Outlook
  • Billing experience is preferred
