Salary Range: Up to $28 / hourly

Position Title: Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities: 

·      Manage and maintain the marketing calendar to keep projects and campaigns on track

·      Schedule and coordinate social media posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook

·      Prepare candidate profiles for business development purposes

·      Coordinate events, sponsorships, and related logistics

·      Manage vendors and company swag inventory

·      Track awards submissions and marketing project timelines

·      Support content creation and communications across various channels

Requirements: 

·      A Type-A mindset with the ability to support a Type-B manager

·      Proficiency in visual graphic design and advertising

·      Experience with Canva or similar design tools (Adobe Creative Suite a plus)

·      Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and social media scheduling 

·      Ability to support advertising copy and persuasive written communications

·      Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

·      Strong communication and collaboration skills

·      Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Work Environment & Expectations
