Position Title: Territory Sales Reps
The Territory Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving sales and fostering relationships within a large territory. This position demands individuals who possess a strong background in construction, particularly those with experience as framers or installers. Successful candidates will not only sell but also educate clients on product specifications and installation processes. The role involves interpreting blueprints and estimating project requirements, which are essential skills for effective sales. Territory Sales Reps Responsibilities:
- Utilize square footage calculations to provide accurate quotes
- Manage leads from suppliers and inbound requests
- Engage with smaller customers initially to build a client base
- Develop new client relationships while maintaining existing ones
- Conduct market research and collaborate on show attendance
- Travel regularly to meet clients and close deals
- Work with general contractors, suppliers, and architects
- Understand and address client needs in industrial and commercial sectors
- Navigate varying sales cycles and client acquisition processes
Territory Sales Reps Requirements:
- Experience in construction, particularly in framing or installation
- Ability to read blueprints and estimate project requirements
