Job Description

A modern freight technology platform is hiring a Temp-to-Hire Accounts Receivable Analyst to step into a highly automated, client-facing AR environment where ownership and problem-solving matter. This role manages assigned client portfolios end-to-end, cash application, invoicing accuracy, aging, collections, and dispute resolution, using modern systems and workflows. You’ll start with a manageable client load, ramp quickly, and play a visible role in a growing team with clear paths to promotion. This role is ideal for a tech-comfortable AR professional who enjoys digging into discrepancies, communicating confidently with clients, and taking full ownership of their accounts in a fast-moving environment.

Salary Range: $45,760 – $49,920 / Year DOE

Temp-to-Hire Accounts Receivable Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Own assigned client portfolios using a client-based AR model
  • Perform daily cash application and posting
  • Ensure invoices are accurate, complete, and submitted through client portals as needed
  • Manage aging schedules and proactively drive collections
  • Conduct collection calls and follow-ups to resolve overdue balances
  • Research invoice discrepancies and lead dispute resolution to closure
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure clean AR records
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve recurring issues
  • Track progress and updates within AR systems and internal platforms

Temp-to-Hire Accounts Receivable Analyst Requirements:

  • 1 – 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
  • Strong collections background with full AR cycle exposure
  • Cash application, reconciliation, and dispute resolution experience
  • Comfort working in highly automated, tech-forward systems
  • Strong critical thinking and research skills
  • Clear, professional communication with internal teams and clients
  • Sage Intacct experience preferred
  • Degree preferred, but experience is valued over credentials
