Job Description
A purpose-driven wealth management and investment firm is hiring 4 – 5 Junior Advisors to join a fast-growing, values-driven investment firm in North Charleston, SC. This role starts with hands-on client service, operations, and portfolio support while intentionally grooming high-potential talent into full advisors or institutional-facing wholesaler roles. You’ll learn the business from the inside out, sit in on client meetings, and steadily take on more responsibility as you grow. They are looking for ambitious, detail-obsessed professionals with strong faith alignment, intellectual curiosity, and the humility to start in operations while earning their seat as a future advisor.
Junior Advisor Responsibilities:
- Open and maintain client accounts with precision and care
- Process money movements, transfers, and required documentation
- Serve as a client-facing point of contact for service and support needs
- Support advisors in meetings and gradually participate in client conversations
- Assist with portfolio implementation, rebalancing, and reporting
- Learn and apply the firm’s ETF strategies and active money management approach
- Support institutional and wholesaler-style=””>Use internal systems to track accounts, workflows, and client activity
Junior Advisor Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Series 65 or 66
- Series 63 or 66; Series 7 required for wholesaler track
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, advisory support, or operations
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems
- High attention to detail
- Professional polish, curiosity, and a strong work ethic
- Comfort working onsite in North Charleston, SC
