Job Description

A purpose-driven wealth management and investment firmis hiring three Junior Advisors to join a fast-growing, faith-driven investment firm in St. Louis, MO. This role starts hands-on in client service, operations, and portfolio support, opening accounts, processing money movements, and handling critical paperwork, while gradually expanding into client-facing advisory work, portfolio construction, and institutional ETF support. The firm is intentional about development and will train, mentor, and invest in the right people over a 2 – 3 year path to becoming a full advisor. They’re looking for ambitious, detail-oriented professionals with strong values, technical curiosity, and the humility to start in the trenches while working toward a long-term advisory future.

Junior Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Open new client accounts and process money movements accurately and efficiently
  • Handle client paperwork, documentation, and operational workflows
  • Interface directly with clients and support ongoing service needs
  • Assist with portfolio implementation and ongoing account maintenance
  • Support advisors in meetings and gradually take on client-facing responsibilities
  • Learn and apply firm investment philosophy, ETFs, and money management strategies
  • Collaborate across operations, advisory, and institutional teams
  • Grow into an advisory or wholesaler-focused role based on strengths and performance

Junior Advisor Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Series 65 or 66
  • Series 63 or 66; Series 7 required for wholesaler track
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services or advisory support
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
  • Values-aligned with a faith-centered client base and culture
  • Curious, driven, and eager to grow into a long-term advisory role
