This person will support the Partner and litigation team through every phase of serious PI and wrongful death cases, from intake to trial. Paralegal Responsibilities:

• Manage 35 – 45 personal injury and wrongful death cases from intake through trial
• Track and manage litigation and trial deadlines to ensure nothing is missed
• Draft, format, and prepare legal documents, discovery responses, and correspondence
• Request, review, and organize medical records and bills
• Communicate directly with clients to gather discovery information and provide updates
• Coordinate depositions, expert witnesses, vendors, and trial preparation
• Handle pre-suit and litigation requirements, including filings and case organization
• Maintain case files within Filevine
• Manage email and calendar in Outlook
• Support Partner and Associate with day-to-day case strategy and execution

Paralegal Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Plaintiff-side Personal Injury experience in Florida
• Full case lifecycle experience
• Trial experience is required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong writing, organization, and deadline management skills
• High emotional intelligence and ability to support clients through high-stakes situations
• Comfortable working onsite M–F and collaborating with a tight-knit team
• No job-hopping history
• Paralegal certificate or AA/BA degree preferred
• Filevine experience preferred
