The world’s largest online pearl retailer is hiring a Luxury Customer Service Representative who will serve as the face and voice of the brand. This role is responsible for guiding high-net-worth customers through premium purchases, virtual consultations, and in-showroom appointments. Luxury Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

·      Handle inbound luxury sales inquiries via chat (Gorgias), email, phone and Zoom

·      Lead virtual consultations using studio equipment and product presentations

·      Host in-person appointments in the West LA showroom

·      Support clients with photo requests, custom orders and pearl education

·      Manage returns, exchanges, and repairs with a service-first mindset

·      Drive retention by nurturing relationships and requesting reviews & referrals

·      Provide order updates and answer rewards program questions

·      Maintain detailed documentation in Shopify and communication tools

·      Coordinate repair timelines and follow-up communication

·      Support peak seasonal volume, especially during November–December

Luxury Customer Service Representative Requirements:

·      2+ years of luxury retail or luxury customer service experience

·      Proven success working with high-end clients in showroom or concierge environments

·      Strong written and verbal communication skills

·      Experience with Shopify, Outlook, and live chat systems

·      Comfort interacting via video/Zoom and presenting products on camera

·      Impeccable professionalism, poise, and appearance

·      Reliability: consistent attendance, punctuality, and dependable transportation

·      Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven, small-team environment

·      High school diploma

·      Bachelor’s degree preferred
