A global technology powerhouse is searching for a self-driven Field Service Technician to take full ownership of supporting industrial printing technology across a 1.5 – 2 hour radius of Cincinnati, OH. This role keeps production moving for a major 24/7 manufacturing partner by monitoring printers through the Cloud, diagnosing issues onsite, performing repairs, executing preventative maintenance, and managing parts and reporting. You’ll master advanced industrial coding equipment and cutting-edge laser technologies and become the go-to expert supporting mission-critical systems. Field Service Technician Responsibilities:

·      Monitor Company Cloud to proactively identify printer issues across customer facilities

·      Travel onsite to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial printing systems and laser equipment

·      Perform preventative maintenance, clean equipment, rotate printers, and prevent failures before they happen

·      Manage parts inventory and ordering to ensure zero downtime

·      Complete work orders and reporting for every service case and printer performance issue

·      Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to end users

·      Collaborate with sales when identifying upgrade or new installation opportunities

·      Support emergency service needs and occasional overtime requests

·      Participate in 10-day formal training + onsite shadowing to master proprietary technology

Field Service Technician Requirements:

·      4 – 6 years technical field experience, industrial maintenance, or military equivalent

·      Strong electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills

·      Hands-on experience repairing complex equipment or industrial machinery

·      Ability to communicate clearly with customers and explain solutions simply

·      Comfortable working independently and owning daily scheduling

·      Valid driver’s license + ability to travel regionally and to Illinois for training

·      Local to the Cincinnati OH area

·      Background check and drug test required

·      Experience with industrial printing, coding, automation, or electromechanical systems preferred

·      Data reporting / cloud-based diagnostic tools experience preferred

·      Military electronics or communications background preferred
