Field Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer sites throughout Virginia to perform maintenance, installations, and repairs on printing and finishing equipment
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues quickly and efficiently
• Conduct preventative maintenance and performance checks to reduce downtime
• Record service work, customer updates, and part usage in Salesforce CRM using company-issued devices
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing a reputation for quality
• Maintain company tools, vehicle, and equipment with professionalism and care
• Occasionally travel outside your home region for advanced training or technical assignments

Field Service Technician Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands- on experience maintaining or repairing industrial or manufacturing equipment
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with demonstrated troubleshooting ability
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to travel daily throughout Virginia with some overnight travel possible
• Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable to new technologies and environments
• Technical degree, trade certification, or military training preferred
