Field Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer sites across the Atlanta region to perform maintenance, installations, and repairs on printing and finishing systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues with precision and efficiency
• Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure optimal machine performance
• Document all work, parts used, and service updates in Salesforce CRM using company-issued mobile tools
• Build strong relationships with customers through professionalism and reliable service
• Manage company vehicle, tools, and equipment responsibly
• Occasionally travel outside the area for advanced training or technical projects

Field Service Technician Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in industrial, mechanical, or electrical equipment repair and maintenance
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with a sharp eye for troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to travel throughout the Atlanta metro area and occasionally beyond
• Highly motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently
• Technical or trade school education, military background, or equivalent experience preferred
