One of the world’s leading print and packaging companies is hiring a Field Service Technician to join our team supporting customers throughout Atlanta and the surrounding metro area. This is a hands-on, independent role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. You’ll install, service, and repair advanced printing and packaging systems, industry-leading equipment trusted by manufacturers and commercial printers. Field Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer sites across the Atlanta region to perform maintenance, installations, and repairs on printing and finishing systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues with precision and efficiency
- Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure optimal machine performance
- Document all work, parts used, and service updates in Salesforce CRM using company-issued mobile tools
- Build strong relationships with customers through professionalism and reliable service
- Manage company vehicle, tools, and equipment responsibly
- Occasionally travel outside the area for advanced training or technical projects
Field Service Technician Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in industrial, mechanical, or electrical equipment repair and maintenance
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with a sharp eye for troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to travel throughout the Atlanta metro area and occasionally beyond
- Highly motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently
- Technical or trade school education, military background, or equivalent experience preferred
