A global juggernaut in the printing and packaging industry is seeking a Field Service Technician to join its team supporting customers throughout Nebraska and the Midwest. In this role, you’ll be the trusted expert who keeps world-class printing and packaging systems operating at peak performance. You’ll work directly with clients in the field, installing, maintaining, and repairing precision equipment used by leading manufacturers and print facilities across the region. Salary Range: $62,400 – $72,800 / Year DOE

Field Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer sites throughout Nebraska and the Midwest regions to perform maintenance, installations, and repairs on presses and finishing systems
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues with efficiency and accuracy
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend machine life
• Log all work and customer updates in Salesforce CRM using company-issued mobile tools
• Provide excellent on-site customer service while representing a standard of excellence
• Manage your company vehicle, tools, and equipment with professionalism and care
• Occasionally travel outside the region for advanced training or specialized projects

Field Service Technician Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical repair of industrial or manufacturing equipment
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to travel daily throughout Nebraska and the Midwest and occasionally overnight
• Reliable, self-directed, and capable of working independently
• Technical or trade school degree, military background, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
