Field Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer sites throughout Green Bay and the surrounding region to perform maintenance, repairs, and equipment installations
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions
• Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
• Document service calls, parts, and updates in Salesforce CRM using company-issued mobile tools
• Collaborate with the company’s national service network to share insights and best practices
• Manage company-provided tools, vehicle, and equipment with care and professionalism
• Occasionally travel out of state for advanced training or special service projects

Field Service Technician Requirements:

• 3+ years in industrial equipment maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and the ability to think critically under pressure
• Excellent communicator who values customer relationships and clear service delivery
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable traveling daily throughout Northeast Wisconsin, with occasional overnight trips
• Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable to changing service needs
• Technical degree, trade school certification, or military training preferred
