Salary Range: $62,400 – $72,800 / Year DOE

Field Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Travel daily to customer sites across the Los Angeles area to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations on equipment
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime and maintain peak performance
• Deliver exceptional on-site service and training to customers, reinforcing the company’s reputation for excellence
• Log service reports, parts usage, and customer communication through Salesforce CRM
• Maintain company tools, vehicle, and equipment to the highest standards
• Manage multiple projects independently while collaborating with service teams and technical trainers
• Occasionally travel outside the region for specialized projects or training

Field Service Technician Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience maintaining or repairing industrial, printing, or manufacturing equipment
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to travel throughout Southern California
• Experience with industrial automation, robotics, or mechatronics a plus
• Technical or vocational training preferred but not required
